Educated at Bellevue School of Nursing in New York City, Penny began her career at Memorial Sloan-Kettering Cancer Center in the pediatric department. She has also used her professional skills for the New York Yankees, Metropolitan Opera House, as well as fertility specialists and obstetrical units at Roosevelt Hospital.
