Thank you Penny, the Hypno-birth class we took from you really saved the day. Almost 24 hours after her water broke, my wife had to be induced, so her contractions jumped from mild to strong very rapidly. Because it happened so quickly, she couldn't relax enough to concentrate on her breathing techniques. So I started walking her though the self-hypnosis and guided imagery. Not only did this help her relax and reduce her discomfort, it also allowed me to be a part of the process. I cannot thank you enough for empowering me to be able to take a larger role in the birth of my son. This will be the first class I will recommend to anyone who asks me what they should do to prepare for the birth of their baby. I simply cannot thank you enough.
